Coaching
Triathlon coaching – 200 eur per month. Includes a monthly plan with swimming, running and cycling workouts for indoor and outdoor use and also includes a core and stretching regimen with as many changes to the plan as are needed to make the training fit into your schedule.
Cycling coaching – 150 eur per month. Includes a monthly plan for cycling with indoor and outdoor workouts and also includes a core and stretching regimen with as many changes to the plan as are needed to make the training fit into your schedule.
Run coaching – 150 eur per month. Includes a monthly plan for running and also includes a core and stretching regimen with as many changes to the plan as are needed to make the training fit into your schedule.
Included in the price is daily feedback on the workouts, 2 calls/discussions per month, general nutrition guidelines and fuelling for racing and training.
Nutrition Planning (including race fuelling)
- Non coached athletes – 300 eur for the setup + 100 per month continual support(support is not mandatory)
- Coached athletes – 150 eur for the setup + 20 eur per month for continual support(support is not mandatory but preferred)
All nutrition plans include a long interview with you where we focus on your nutrition habit history, food allergies and go through your overall feeling of energy levels, sleep quality, recovery.
Nutrition plans are then custom built for every customer based on that interview and include complete recipes that are simple and efficient. The key to an efficient nutrition plan is to make it user friendly – easy to execute and delicious.
Bikefitting
Your position will be set up based upon your unique physiology and central nervous system response to stimulus, with a focus on; neuromechanical efficiency providing an increase in power, a decrease in respiratory rate, an increase in pedalling efficiency, and most importantly, comfort.

- Duration is 3 hrs or longer. It varies depending on how many problems we need to address during the fit and your adaptation time to the changes.
- First part of the bikefit is an interview followed by muscle flexibility and joint mobility testing, and then you will get on the bike and warm up. At this point I will start to make changes to your position to make you a better performing athlete. Comfort + performance equal SPEED and efficiency. All parts used to make your position better cost extra.(saddles, shims, wedges, cleats etc).
